Weiming Environment Protection entered waste incineration industry in 1998, opening up the history BOT investment in waste incineration and power generation using domestically manufactured equipment in China.It has invested, constructed, and managed approximately 50 waste incineration and power generation projects.Weiming Environment Protection is the first company that has obtained Class A domestic waste treatment qualification in China, boasting of strong technological competency and leading project scale.
Owing more than 100 patents in waste incineration boiler, flue and gas cleaning facilities, automation control, sewage leachate treatment, kitchen waste treatment and other fields, Weiming ranks the first enterprises to have independent patents in waste incineration power generation technology. It is also the first enterprise who obtained Grade-A certification ofhousehold waste treatment in China and engaged in two researches under National 863 Program and one research under National Torch Plan.Weiming participates in formulating national standards for design construction andevaluation of urban household waste incineration treatment project.
Including Dongzhuang Project which was praised as the first milestone in the nationalization of waste incineration treatment in China by Ministry of Construction of PRC, Linjiang Project which was registered as Model Project of national High-tech R&D Program (National 863 Program), a number of our projects have been registered CDM Project at UN.
Our flue gas treatment system has employed the cutting-edge technology applied overseas and has adopted the combination of “SNCR denitration+ semi-dry process, dry deacidification+activated carbon absorption+bag dedusting+SCR denitration+wet deacidification”. This system is comprised of our independently manufactured SNCR denitration system, lime pulping system, spray drying absorbing tower, spray selection system, dry flue gas purification system, activated carbon injection equipment, bag dedusting, SCR denitration system, and fly ash transportation system. Furthermore, our flue gas purification system can also be customized to meet with the specific needs of a particular project.
After the treatment, flue gas discharge is above national standard, and dioxin content is also above the EU standard. With automatic online monitoring and networking with Ministry of Environmental Protection, real-time flue gas discharge monitoring is therefore achieved.
Discharge of waste water, waste gas, and industrial residue must comply with national environment protection regulations. Slag shall be reused in brick making or roadbed laying.Fly ash can be stabilized before it ends up in landfill.Landfill leachate, after being treated, can be taken into municipal pipe network or directly recycled.
