On October 28, Weiming Environment Protection released its Q3 2021 report. The report shows that in the first three quarters of 2021, the Company's operating revenue reached RMB 3.325 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 55.98%, while net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 1.196 billion, up 31.95% year-on-year—demonstrating the Company’s continued robust growth.
All operating projects maintained stable performance, and with several new projects entering trial production, key operational metrics have significantly improved. During the reporting period, waste incineration projects processed a total of 5.0425 million tons of waste (including kitchen waste, sludge, etc.), a year-on-year increase of 26.52%, and generated 1.506 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity for the grid, up 33.27% year-on-year.
In terms of project expansion, the Company completed the signing of the Changli Project and successfully signed the restructuring investment agreement for the Shengyun Environment-Protection Group—which covers five operating projects in Lhasa, Kaili, Tongcheng, Ningyang, and Zhaoyuan, as well as two equipment plants. Additionally, the Company’s water sector secured the bid for the Chengjiang kitchen waste project and signed contracts for sludge treatment projects in Linhai and Wuyi.
At the Company’s Q3 work meeting, Chairman Xiang Guangming outlined the plan for Q4. He emphasized that all projects under construction and in operation must strictly adhere to standardized business practices while ensuring operational efficiency. He urged everyone to enhance overall awareness, optimize management models, seize opportunities, and integrate resources to vigorously drive project expansion, construction, and operation, thereby continuing to strive towards achieving the 2021 work plan objectives.
